A member of our team will get in contact with you regarding a pre marketing inspection. The checks usually take around 5 minutes. Any damages will be noted and processed accordingly.

Please note that if the cause of the damage is found to be due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage, the cost of the visit and any required repairs will be chargeable to the tenant.
• If access is not granted at the agreed time or if the appointment is missed, a call-out fee may be applied.
• Any alterations, unauthorised repairs, or interference with an appliance/issue prior to an engineer/contractors visit may void eligibility for non-chargeable repairs.
• The engineers/contractors assessment is final in determining the cause of the fault and any associated charges.
• Charges, if applicable, must be settled promptly to avoid delays in further repairs or service provision.
