Icona is looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Operative to support the day-to-day financial administration of our property portfolio. Based at our Purley office, you will work closely with our finance and property management teams to keep accounts accurate, payments up to date and queries resolved promptly.

• Record and allocate rent payments to the correct tenant accounts.

• Reconcile bank transactions and investigate payment discrepancies.

• Monitor rent arrears, issue reminders and support the recovery process.

• Process supplier invoices, check supporting documents and prepare payments for approval.

• Prepare invoices, receipts and account statements.

• Respond professionally to financial queries from tenants, landlords and contractors.

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting and month-end tasks.

• Experience in finance administration, bookkeeping or accounts.

• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confidence using Excel and accounting software.

• Clear communication skills and a professional approach to payment queries.

• The ability to prioritise tasks and handle confidential information responsibly.

• Property sector experience is beneficial.

Icona is a property and asset management company operating in and around London. We are looking for an experienced, practical maintenance operative to carry out repairs across our growing residential portfolio.

This role would suit someone with a broad range of maintenance skills who can diagnose problems, carry out reliable repairs and deal professionally with tenants.

• General plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and showers.

• Unblocking drains, sinks and toilets.

• Electrical fault finding and minor repairs within your competence.

• General handyman work, including doors, locks, hinges and fittings.

• Painting, decorating and making good after repairs.

• Basic carpentry, flooring repairs and appliance fault diagnosis.

• Identifying work that requires a specialist contractor and reporting it to management.

• Has proven experience in property maintenance and repairs across several trades.

• Can work independently, organise jobs and respond promptly to maintenance issues.

• Completes work to a good standard and leaves properties clean and tidy.

• Communicates clearly with our office and provides job updates and photographs.

• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Gas Safe registration is not required, as gas work will be handled by qualified contractors. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications would be an advantage, but practical experience is our main priority.

A company van or car will be provided for work purposes. Having your own tools is preferred.

Icona is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to help keep our properties and communal areas clean, welcoming and well presented.

• Clean communal entrances, corridors, staircases and other shared areas.

• Vacuum, mop, dust and wipe down surfaces.

• Clean shared kitchens and bathrooms where required.

• Empty bins and keep waste areas tidy.

• Carry out end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning as needed.

• Report maintenance issues, damage or safety concerns to the property management team.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.

• Good attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.

• A respectful and professional approach when working around residents.

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial for travelling between properties.

Hours: Part time; schedule to be agreed
